Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be provided for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period and in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in the student’s account depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
Refund Amount: The refunded amount will be calculated based on the following:
Cancellations within the specified period: Full refund of the course fee minus any applicable cancellation fee.
Cancellations after the specified period: No refund of the course fee will be provided.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as registration fees or material fees, may be non-refundable. These non-refundable fees will be clearly outlined at the time of enrollment.
The institute reserves the right to revise this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon posting on the institute’s website or other official communication channels.
