Cancellation Period: Students may cancel their enrollment in a course within 7 days of the course start date without incurring any cancellation fees.
Cancellation Request: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the institute’s administration office or via email to [email address]. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine eligibility for a refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations requested after the specified period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total course fee.
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events beyond the student’s control, the institute reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required for such requests.
The institute reserves the right to revise this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon posting on the institute’s website or other official communication channels.
